ACHITECTURAL AND BUILDING GUIDELINES
- Canyon Creek Design Review Committee (DRC) All building plans must be approved. Landscaping, exterior design.
- Association Fees are $450.00 per year with a one time Initiation fee of $1,000 at the time of closing.
- Pools are permitted but must be approved through the DRC. No above ground pools with be permitted. Must have 5' fencing around pool.
- Fences are permitted and must be Wrought Iron, Powder Coated Steel or Black Aluminum. No fence shall be any higher than 4' (except those around pools)
- Landscaping, each residence shall include at least $2,500 in landscaping.
- Sod, each lot shall be fully sodded except those areas designed on the site plan approved by the DRC to be left in a natural forest condition.
- Roofs shall be of concrete tile, slate or other material approved be the DRC in Canyon Creek by the Park and in Canyon Creek by the Lake 40 year composition will be allowed.
- Exterior building materials shall be Stucco unless approved by the DRC prior to construction may approve Stone, Brick or wood lap siding.
- Mailboxes, buyer pays for mailbox at closing. Developer provides and includes installation.
- Basketball goals shall be permanently installed; not attached to any building and be approved by the DRC prior to installation. All backboards shall be transparent and all poles shall be black.
